Must provide clear references and/or descriptions of their requested setting/character. Additional fees may incur due to the complexity of character designs and/or the setting and is up to the artist's discretion.

May request up to 3 revisions when the artist has sent over the initial sketch for checking. These revisions may not include drastic changes such as changing of the requested characters, outfits, poses and setting. The artist reserves the right to reject any of the requested changes as deemed fit. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee

May not request for any revisions after the commission has been completed. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee. Exemptions may be made for minor changes such as minor colour adjustments.

May upload the finished piece to their social media and use the finished piece as their profile picture and header with credit.

May use the finished piece for streams and similar relevant content, but must be clearly communicated to the artist beforehand and credit must be given when used as such.

Is not allowed to sell or claim the finished piece as their own.

Is not allowed to reproduce the finished piece with the intent to sell as merchandise.

Is not allowed to sell and/or mint the finished piece as an NFT or for use with any kind of cryptocurrency.

Is not allowed to use the artwork for AI training or any usage pertaining to any sort of AI programme.

Reserves the right to use the finished piece in their portfolio on the artist's website and social media.

Reserves the right to reject the client's commission request if the artist deems it is impossible to meet the client's standards.

Reserves the right of cancelling and refunding a commission under special circumstances.

Reserves the right to reject a request for refund if the commission has been completed.

Payment is done through Paypal only and prices are in USD.

Payments will be made via invoices sent by the artist.

Refund policy is as stated above.

Work will commence once payment has been made.

When a payment is made, the artist will assume that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
